OUR VALUES & TESTIMONIALS

We love happy dogs and waggy tails.

We care! We really do!!

We are driven to take care of your dog by baking our complementary herbal treats using only the best human grade ingredients with a sprinkling of herbs that dogs recognise are good for them.

All our packaging is fully recyclable and environmentally friendly, leaving a zero carbon footprint on our planet. Everything we do in our business is to benefit your dog who is your best friend and a part of your family and the planet we all share.

Hudson was at the heart of family life here and the reason why this business exists. We see this business as his living legacy to other members of his greater canine family. He would very much welcome you all to be part of it and more importantly want you and the four legged members of your family to be a part of his garden.

Our aim is to do the very best we can, for your best friend.

Today some very exciting post turned up from @explorehudsonsgarden. Dog biscuits! Very tasty ones! The dogs went crazy for the biscuits so I've had to hide them on the top book shelf! Nervous Rob the collie came out from hiding to try a biscuit and he happily crunched it down. He's now joined the huskies in their efforts to scale the bookcase to get more. Clearly very tasty biscuits. Rob often won't eat treats or biscuits as he's so nervous. But these are definitely a winner. These are home baked using cleavers, also known as sticky weed. Dogs love munching them in hedgerow’s and they have a lot of health benefits. I've included a photo of Freyja's love for sticky weed! Even Fenrir who hates peanut butter (one of the ingredients) wolfed these down! Very impressed. I think the Web store for Hudson's Garden is due to open soon. Definitely check it out. Biscuits are baked in Cheshire in the memory of Hudson, one of the Sybasprinter siberian huskies who recently passed from cancer, but leaves a legacy of fantastic working sled dogs.

Paddy has received his delivery today. Postie has certainly been super quick. He has never been so excited to receive a parcel of his own and the aroma of the biscuits alone made him go nuts !!! He rarely eats treats or dog biscuits other than his dry kibble biscuits so wasn’t how Paddy would react. However it was the absolute opposite. He scoffed the biscuit down on the top of his food and hounded for more another immediately. Huge paws up from Paddy on his CBD biscuit trial.

Visiting friends, I’m reminded how much thought & attention some people give to caring for their canine companions, our fur babies who are completely reliant on us through no choice of their own. I love how much love people give to the animals in their lives. Our lovely friend Pauline has a pack of huskies and has also started baking treats for hounds

as @explorehudsonsgarden. This is a great idea! When we went to visit, she taught me how to bake them. The key ingredient in this recipe is a helping of dried cleavers which is good for fluid retention, flushing metabolic waste from the lymphatic system & helps detoxify the blood. There’s also natural peanut butter which is a good source of protein (as long as it has no added sweeteners or salt). These biscuits are also vegan. More pet owners are becoming aware of the awful, low-grade content of some dog foods these days, so I think home baked doggy treats like these could be the way forward. Our hounds scoffed them up immediately when offered so they are clearly delicious.

Since Sienna started the herbal biscuit trail, we’ve only had one day where her stools were a little soft. She seems happier in herself and is even eating her dry food when it’s put down now. Thank you so much, it’s made life for her better and made things far easier for me!
