Delivery & Postage
Hudson’s Garden aims to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days following purchase. Delivery of our products are made via Royal Mail. We are an online business. Hudson’s Garden package all its products into either envelops and boxes, which fit through a standard letter box.
Delivery areas include the UK & Northern Ireland only. We regret that due to current regulations, we are unable to accept orders to be delivered outside of those specified. All our products are baked fresh to order, therefore, you must allow:
a) 3-5 working days for your order to be processed (we do not work weekends)
b) Allow time for delivery to your specified address
If you are not at the address specified to accept the delivery when it arrives, you will be responsible for collecting it from the holding depot or arranging the re-delivery. Other than the aforementioned, in the unlikely event there is an issue with your order reaching its destination, we will liaise with both yourself and Royal Mail to do our best to help resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Hudson’s Garden cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged products but will deal with all cases individually as received.
